How to claim the offer

- Check the credit issued after purchase and its seven-day validity; confirm eligible travel and redemption rules.
Important conditions
- Linked terms describe £10 Perks credit delivered on the day of the first purchase, provided it is not cancelled; they do not state that a completed journey is required to trigger it.
- The referred-customer reward is valid for seven days from issue. Confirm the expiry shown in your account.
- A refund revokes the reward. Referral rewards do not combine with other discount codes in one order.
- Credit is not withdrawable cash. Check eligible tickets and routes with LNER.
